Support for youths in Luton

Youth Advice Service

Youth Advice Service supports young people in Luton, aged 16 to 18, who may not currently be in education, employment, or training. We’re here to provide guidance, encouragement, and practical advice to help you find the right path for your future.

As part of our service, we work closely with young people to:

  • Encourage and Empower – We believe in your potential and are here to support you in exploring opportunities for education and training that align with your goals.
  • Stay Connected—Our team actively tracks young people’s participation in education, employment, or training to better understand individual needs.
  • Re-Engage and Support – If you’re not currently engaged in education or work, we’re here to provide the tools, guidance, and encouragement you need to find your way back on track.

Advice & Support

Youth Partnership Service

Previously known as Luton Youth Offending Service, we offer one-on-one counselling, group programs, restorative justice, and victim awareness. Our interventions aim to improve outcomes and opportunities for children and young people in Luton in collaboration with other organisations, such as the police, schools, and community groups.

Our priority is to ensure Luton is a safe place to live, work and grow up, and to provide children and young people with opportunities to contribute to their communities and achieve positive outcomes. A single, adaptable structure will meet the safeguarding needs of children in our communities.

By providing tailored support and evidence-based interventions, we address underlying issues that lead to criminal exploitation and antisocial behaviour among marginalised children. In Luton, we aim to make it a safe place for young people to grow up, live, and work, while enabling them to positively contribute to the community.
