Help with housing or homelessness

We understand how stressful housing problems can be, and while we may not be able to provide a home for everyone who reaches out to us, we’re here to help. If you’re homeless, or worried about becoming homeless, we’ll work with you to explore all available options and do our best to prevent it from happening.

You don’t have to be living on the streets, to be homeless. You could be:

  • at risk of losing your home
  • being illegally evicted by your landlord
  • living in accommodation that’s in very poor condition
  • staying with friends or ‘sofa surfing’

You must stay in your current home if you have no other safe alternatives, even if you’ve received a notice from your landlord or agent.

Please let us know the reason you’re experiencing or at risk of homelessness, so we can guide you through the support we can offer.
